In a world where the pressure is always higher, the competition and expectations in terms of performance and schedules are increasing, one of the most important challenges is the correct management of time.
Time is one of the factors that contribute to raising the level of stress both in the private and work life, bringing anxiety, fatigue and depression.
Proper "time management", is essential to maximize effectiveness, efficiency and productivity and to improve our psychophysical well-being.
