Mid-summer evening: meeting with Enrico Bertolino (with accompanying guest)

Teatro Manzoni Via Alessandro Manzoni, 42 - 20121 MILANO

With the evolution of artificial intelligence, the way people communicate, present themselves, and build relationships is also changing: a subtle transformation that directly affects the quality of leadership and relational dynamics within organizations.

During the Midsummer Evening, this space will be explored in depth: with his ironic and provocative style, Bertolino will offer a reflection on the relationship between artificial intelligence and personal leadership. A journey through examples and paradoxes that will highlight the risk of an increasingly standardized language—one that can make us less interesting than an algorithm—and the temptation to believe that empathy and relationships can be built “by imitation.”

It will emerge how “people teaching” can coexist with machine learning, provided that what cannot be automated remains central: authenticity, reputation, and the ability to connect with others. From this perspective, leadership and trust are not, and will never be, algorithms, but living constructs that require presence, consistency, and intentionality.
