Periods of crisis, whether triggered by sudden change, prolonged pressure or the loss of established reference points, test not only the resilience of organizations but also the motivation of the people who lead and work within them. When energy, confidence and sense of direction weaken, it becomes harder to maintain continuity in action, take responsibility and support others through difficult moments. For leaders, the challenge is not simply to manage the crisis itself, but to find ways to reactivate motivation and a sense of direction, both personally and within their teams.

This session offers a reflection on how to navigate critical phases without losing momentum or focus, bringing together different perspectives, from narrative reflection to organizational insight and business experience, to understand how to rediscover motivation, redefine priorities and support people even in the most challenging moments.
