IN PERSON AND VIA WEB
Failing well: when mistakes drive improvement (and innovation)

Royal Hotel Carlton Via Montebello, 8 - 40121 BOLOGNA

Mistakes are a natural part of every individual’s and every organization’s journey. Often perceived as obstacles or risks to be avoided, they can instead become powerful allies in driving growth, improvement and innovation. Learning to acknowledge, understand and transform errors creates the conditions for genuine learning and opens the door to new perspectives, creativity and resilience.

During this session, participants will have the opportunity to:

  •  listen to the testimony of Roberto Mercadini, who, with his unique storytelling style, will offer deep and unexpected reflections on the value of imperfection and the creative potential of mistakes, giving participants new tools to look at “failure” through a different lens.
  •  engage with Margherita Brero, who will offer a clear and practical perspective on how to cultivate trust, self-efficacy and the ability to respond to mistakes. She will highlight the key abilities that enable people to navigate even the most challenging errors and turn them into opportunities for personal and professional development.
Further details will follow.
