The art of working together: talent, relationships, culture

Sede da definire MILANO

When we think of great artists, we often attribute their success to individual talent. But history shows that behind every genius lies a fertile ecosystem, a network of relationships, ideas, stimuli, and dialogue that allowed that individual to grow, express themselves, and make a lasting impact.

The same holds true in the business world: talent alone isn’t enough. To create value and drive innovation, people need environments where they can absorb, experiment, and inspire one another.

This session invites participants to explore how individual uniqueness and the quality of the surrounding environment are deeply interconnected, two sides of the same coin.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

  • reflect with Jacopo Veneziani on powerful stories from the art world that reveal how creativity is fueled by context, relationships, and the exchange of ideas
  • explore with Marco Grazioli how these same dynamics apply within organizations — and how a well-shaped corporate environment can unlock talent, foster meaningful connections, and spark innovation.

Marco Grazioli

President, The European House - Ambrosetti; Board Member, TEHA Group

Jacopo Veneziani
