Guided meditation session with Alessia Tanzi

In this session, participants will delve into the topic of concentration, a crucial skill in today's increasingly hectic and "noisy" world. They will have the opportunity to understand the biological and mental mechanisms that make it possible, as well as the techniques and practices to improve it in daily life.

Participants will have the chance to:

  • learn the methods used by Flavia Pennetta before competitions to achieve concentration. By drawing from her world-class experience, they can take home insights and techniques to apply in their professional lives
  • explore, with Michela Balconi, the brain mechanisms underlying concentration and distraction. This will provide participants with a deeper and scientific understanding of the neural processes involved, essential for gaining more awareness and thus avoiding the distraction factors that undermine our ability to concentrate
  • learn, thanks to Andrea Muzii, various techniques to improve their cognitive performance and remain productive and focused to pursue their personal and professional goals more effectively.

Before the meeting, a guided meditation session with Alessia Tanzi is scheduled.

A networking light lunch will follow the meeting.
