New ways of working: thoughts and skills for the managers of tomorrow

Royal Hotel Carlton Via Montebello, 8 - 40121 BOLOGNA

After the shock of the pandemic, it was necessary to find a new balance, both in our working and in personal life. The so-called new normal, in fact, has been characterized by the complex search for a new stability, seeking a mediation between new forms of hybrid work, acceleration of digital disruption but, above all, a strong rethinking of the man-work relationship.

How to find your own work balance in the future?  And what skills will be needed for tomorrow’s digital manager?

During this meeting, participants will have the opportunity to discuss with experts able to reflect on the future of the world of work, analyzing the dynamics, not only technical and managerial but social and interpersonal, that characterize it and will continue to characterize it in the medium-long term.

  • Maura Gancitano, philosopher and writer, will accompany us in a reflection on the developments of the concept of work. Through her words, the author will try to make us aware of the "corporate Stockholm syndrome", so we feel in love with our profession, efficient and dynamic, but at the same time also kidnapped, depressed and overloaded
  • David Bevilacqua, author and digitalization expert, will examine the changes that the pandemic shock has brought to the working world. Focusing in particular on the concept of "hybrid work", it will analyze the skills required in the manager of tomorrow and the best practices to achieve them.
