Every day we are surrounded by innovations: new technologies, inventions and updates, even significant, of existing tools. IA, metaverse, NFT, Blockchain, are in fact just some examples of emerging technologies, difficult even to imagine a few years ago and that, perhaps, will be obsolete within a few years. Taken from this continuous technical evolution, it often becomes difficult to orient oneself and to bring out one’s own "human" creativity. At the same time, it is difficult to reinterpret and adapt our role to new technologies, often far from our past skills and experiences.
 
But how not to lose the orientation in a world where technology and digital go faster and faster? And how to make the best of it in the company?

During this meeting, participants will be able to deepen how the technological sphere, often perceived as rational and logical, and the creative, emotional and instinctive, not only go hand in hand but are complementary to each other. In particular, through the experience and reflections of the speakers, it will be possible to deepen how technology can become not an impediment but a tool for the expression of creativity, thus amplifying the potential of people and companies.
 

• Nicoletta Boldrini, journalist, popularizer and director of Tech4Future, will show us the new technological trends in the medium term starting from her concept of big bang (Bits-Atoms-Nanotechnology-Genomics) technology. Starting from hints on the impact of new technologies in different sectors will then introduce us to practices and business models of Future Thinking, useful to intercept signals and future changes to generate a concrete impact in the company
• Emiliano Ponzi, illustrator and cartoonist expert in multimedia art, will guide us in the world of digital art through his works and his projects, showing us the meeting point between technology and creativity and highlighting how, concretely, technology amplifies the potential of human creative thinking
• Marco Paolini, actor and playwright, will help us reflect on the relationship between man and technology and on how to deal with technological changes. Through the story of the relationship between man and progress, he will show how it is possible to relate to new technologies and will bring his vision on the new way of being and remain human in a virtual world.

After the event, participants will receive tickets to visit the International Fair of Modern and Contemporary Art in Milan that will take place from 14th to 16th April, near the meeting venue.
