During this session, participants will explore conflict management as a key competence in organizational contexts, especially in situations characterized by pressure, change and strong emotional involvement.
Conflict, often implicit, emerges through tensions, rigid communication patterns and misunderstandings, directly affecting team dynamics and decision-making effectiveness. Recognizing and managing conflict effectively makes it possible to transform it into an opportunity for constructive dialogue and organizational growth.

In particular, participants will have the opportunity to:

• explore with Flaminia Bolzan the dynamics of organizational conflict, developing the ability to recognize weak signals and implicit needs, while adapting their communication style through practical simulations
• listen to the experience of Riccardo Pittis who, from the perspective of both player and leader, will share how great coaches and successful teams deal with moments of friction and high pressure, working on mindset, humility, ego management and the ability to keep people at the center even in the most challenging situations
• hear from Marie-Caroline Baron, who will share her experience in people management and organizational development, offering insights into how to address conflict in the workplace and transform it into an opportunity for growth and organizational development.
