Leadership and communication: the art of leading (and influencing) through words

Sede da definire ROMA

A leader’s words are never neutral: they orient, clarify, reassure, and can generate alignment or confusion. In a context where the speed of information and the pressure of digital communication amplify every message, communication has become one of leadership’s most powerful tools. It’s not only about conveying content, but about building direction, credibility, and meaning. What a leader says helps set priorities, create alignment, stabilize teams, and activate dynamics of influence that can shape decisions, relationships, and results. This is why contemporary leadership requires a conscious and responsible use of language: an intentional way of speaking that builds trust, guides behaviors, and shapes collective consensus.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

  • hear from Federico Palmaroli (Osho), who will offer an ironic and insightful perspective on the power of words and their ability to become mental images that subtly guide perceptions and interpretations.
Further details will follow.
