IN PERSON AND VIA WEB
The mind is not an algorithm: the role of AI in decision-making

Sede da definire TRENTO

Artificial intelligence is reshaping the way we understand reality, interact with information, and make decisions. In this context, it becomes essential to preserve and elevate what makes the human contribution unique: the ability to interpret, imagine, contextualize and take responsibility. This session offers a broad, multidisciplinary reflection on the relationship between human intelligence and artificial intelligence, exploring the questions, opportunities and capabilities needed to navigate a rapidly evolving environment with awareness and clarity.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

  • hear from Chiara Valerio, who will bring a cultural and critical perspective on the meaning of human thought in the age of algorithms, inviting us to reflect on the connection between language, knowledge and new forms of artificial intelligence;
  • engage with the vision of Cristiano Boscato, who will offer a wide-ranging view on the role of AI in decision-making and collaboration, exploring how technology can transform the way organizations share knowledge, work together and create value;
  • explore with Chiara Bacilieri how the human brain responds to AI-driven stimuli and why psychological mechanisms and human competencies remain central to decision-making in technologically complex environments.
