From command to trust: redefining leadership for success

Sede da definire BERGAMO

The true goal of a leader is not to control and command but to make themselves "unnecessary": creating an environment where the team is autonomous, empowered, and capable of achieving shared objectives without constant supervision. However, finding this balance is not always easy: the difficulty of learning to delegate, the fear of losing control, and the challenge of trusting others are common struggles that managers face.

How can you develop a team that works independently while maintaining strong collaboration? How can you build a company culture that values delegation and empowers individuals?

Through the combination of diverse experiences, this session will offer valuable insights on how to build a leadership approach that fosters autonomy, mutual trust, and accountability.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

  • reflect on the concept of the "Unnecessary Leader" with Leonardo Dri. He will explore the key challenges companies face in empowering their teams, how leaders must work on themselves by learning to trust their colleagues and delegate responsibilities, and best practices for implementing a "bottom-up leadership" approach that encourages team autonomy
  • learn from the experience of Alice Siracusano, CEO of a company that has successfully evolved over time. Alice will share insights on the concept of "power" from a managerial perspective and discuss best practices implemented within her company to promote autonomy, accountability, and passion for work—creating an environment that fosters growth and motivation.
