How and when to say "No": establish boundaries at work to improve professional relationships

During this event, we will reflect on the importance of saying “no” and the difficulties often associated with saying this word, especially in contexts of power. Specifically, we will convey the importance of establishing clear boundaries (and how to do it) to increase self-empowerment and personal security in order to improve professional relationships and avoid phenomena related to quiet quitting.
 
Participants will have the opportunity to:

  • listen the reflections of Camilla Ronzullo, author of the book “I no che non dici agli altri sono quelli che imponi a te stessa”. Through anecdotes from her experience and pages from famous literary authors, participants will better appreciate how rejection can sometimes pave the way to self-realization
  • learn from psychologist Flaminia Bolzan about the effectiveness of establishing psychological boundaries within a professional relationship and, consequently, how to say “no” even to the most difficult personalities.
 
A networking light lunch will follow the meeting.
 
Attendees will receive a copy of the book “I no che non dici agli altri sono quelli che imponi a te stessa” by Camilla Ronzullo.
