However, achieving a genuinely diverse and inclusive workplace requires rethinking the very concept of Diversity & Inclusion. How to reformulate the concept of inclusion in the workplace? How to eliminate both communicative and structural barriers to promote an environment that truly values diversity?
 
In this meeting, we will propose a paradigm shift that focuses on appreciating diversity and unique abilities of each individual. Through examples of professional integration of neurodivergent individuals, participants will have the opportunity to engage with industry experts. The aim is to understand how to reformulate the concept of inclusion and conceive it as a driving force for innovation and corporate prosperity.

He will then suggest some best practices to eliminate barriers, promote individual skills, and foster an open, respectful, and collaborative corporate climate
• Vera Gheno, sociolinguist and author of the book "Chiamami così. Normalità, diversità e tutte le parole nel mezzo" (2022), will be discussing the importance of inclusive language. Her talk will focus on the significance of recognizing diversity from a linguistic standpoint, by using a broad and accurate language consciously
• Nico Acampora, founder of PizzAut, will speak about his project, sharing its successes and prospects. His speech, supported by data and direct experiences, will highlight the importance of the professional integration of autistic individuals and emphasize the opportunities and benefits that come with.
