During this meeting, participants will be able to confront with those who have studied and exdperience what it means to make mistakes, with the aim of acquiring ideas and advice to improve and achieve their goals.
 

• Riccardo Pittis, icon of Italian basketball between the 80s and 2000s, will share his experience as a champion as written in his book "Let me lose", where he explains how defeat can be a precious teacher of life
• Sara Garofalo, scientific popularizer and researcher in Cognitive Neuroscience, will explain how we make decisions and, through the sharing of scientific theories and concrete examples, will provide us with useful food for thought on why it is wrong and how to recognize and overcome the most common mistakes
• Erica Poli, a psychiatrist and psychotherapist specialized in the field of emotion management, even in the business context, will help us define and redefine the concept of error. Starting from the framework, we will come to doubt its very existence in the individual's learning journey, thus learning to reevaluate its nature and the approach with which to deal with it.
