This meeting will offer the unique opportunity to discover the "behind the scenes" of a musical performance, starting from the experience of Beatrice Venezi, one of the best known names in Italian music.
 
Thanks to Beatrice Venezi - who has always collaborated with prestigious theatres and institutions on a national and international level, from the Orchestra del Teatro La Fenice and the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino in Italy, to the New Japan Philharmonic, the Opera Holland Park in London and the Coliseo Theatre in Buenos Aires abroad - participants will be accompanied on a journey into the world of music to discover all the emotions and challenges that lie behind a musical performance.
 
Beatrice Venezi will share her secret for effective leadership. The role of the Conductor is in fact to coordinate different instruments, sounds and vibrations and, respecting diversity, find the perfect harmony for an excellent performance. Beatrice Venezi will then conduct a string quartet, to appreciate her leadership skills also in action.
