A difficult but not impossible challenge. Often, in fact, small steps would be enough to improve their expressive ability and build an effective speech.

How to create an effective speech, on a personal and corporate level? How to give voice to your thoughts in a structured way and reach your counterparts?

During this meeting, starting from reflections on how to build an effective speech, regardless of its context, we will understand how the choice of words, their meaning and meaning affect the effectiveness of the speech itself and the accuracy of the message you want to communicate. Through case studies and practical exercises, we will experiment some tools to make our expressive and communicative ability more incisive.

Lorenzo Pregliasco, a political analyst, will focus on the three components that make a speech, both political and not, effective: message, strategy and objectives. Through real case studies from his analysis, he will make us retrace political, national and international discourses, highlighting what made that discourse effective or not, and how it changes, or has changed, its subsequent impact.

Giancarlo De Cataldo, magistrate and author, among others, of Romanzo Criminale, novel, film and TV series, will help us identify the elements that, at the narrative level, make a story effective and immediate. Thanks to examples and stories related to his incredible experience as a writer and story-editor, we will enter the world of writing highlighting what makes a reader identify in realistic worlds, but still linked to the world of fiction.

Massimo Bustreo, teacher and communication expert, will accompany us in a reflection on the ethics of communication and the aesthetics of the word, starting from the management of emotions as a fundamental element of the art of knowing how to communicate. Communicating is in fact like being on a stage, physical or virtual, and with the help of practical examples will help us understand how to re-appropriate words, filling them with meaning to improve our communication skills, in life and at work, and achieve our goals more effectively.
