These are just some of the direct consequences of unhealthy working environments, where pressures, stress and continuous demands undermine the mental health and well-being of people in the company, with significant repercussions on productivity and relationships.
 
How to overcome moments of great difficulty and stress? How to take care of yourself and your team to create a healthier and more productive work environment?
 
During this meeting, thanks to the help of the experts involved, participants will have the opportunity to rethink the approach to difficulties and pressures, in life and at work, learning to take care of their inner well-being and that of the team. Only through well-being it is possible to overcome critical issues and great pressures, creating better relationships and a more collaborative, healthy and productive environment.
 

  • Massimiliano Rosolino, Olympic medalist of swimming, through anecdotes and stories related to his experience, will tell us how he managed to find mental well-being even in the most stressful stages of his career, all characterized by the motto "win in the last meters, never give up"
  • Lara Lucaccioni, expert in wellness practices and Laughter Yoga, will explain how to take care of ourselves and our team, identifying stable points of reference and creating a routine that promotes well-being. Through heart coherence exercises, you can also learn practical tools useful in everyday life to define your balance and align with the rest of the team, with a positive impact on relationships, creativity and results
  • Biancamaria Cavallini, psychologist and Operations Director at Mindwork, through the concept she coined of the person integration, will highlight how crucial it is to take care in the company of the emotional plan, own and the individuals who are part of the team, and how to pose to create a healthy environment, improve performance and relationships. Through concrete examples, she will lead us to reflect on how the individual in fact needs to integrate in the workplace not only roles and areas of life, but also experienced interiors to achieve and maintain their psychological well-being and take care of that of their team.
