The phenomenon of Great Resignation (started in the USA but increasingly widespread in Europe) is a source of concern for companies and Executives, who see the integrity and stability of their teams threatened. However, this strong break with the past is also an opportunity to rethink how we work and reshape the future. To do this, however, it is essential to first understand the reasons behind this change in the relationship between leaders and collaborators, both collectively and individually.
