Mindfulness for Executives: how to enhance personal and organizational performance



Mindfulness is among the biggest trends in leadership development. Many organizations have rushed to incorporate mindfulness programs, especially as a convenient and accessible way of coping with pandemic fatigue. Many executives have also started using it to improve their resilience and performance in stressful situations.

How does mindfulness help executives, at personal level, and what should HR leaders know about its uses at organizational level?
 
Anand Narasimhan, Professor of Global Leadership and Board Advisor on Mindfulness, will map the evolution of mindfulness as a leadership development intervention in the workplace, and also provide his perspective on its benefits, uses and limitations, both from a personal and an organizational perspective.
