Human resources and the development of innovative organisational forms are essential to enable companies to achieve the levels of competitiveness and flexibility required by the new scenario. Digital technologies (and their use) are fundamental to enable the development of these new models, but Italy is one of the least prepared countries to face the digital revolution, both at the strategic level and at the individual soft skills level.
